MANIFEST FOOR SUSTAINABLE FOOD,ART & TOURISM
Broth from Forgotten Greens: A clear, fragrant broth made from greens usually discarded. A warm sip of sustainability: gentle, pure, circular. At Everything Has to Go, residual greens are reborn into a nourishing tea—a small gesture with a big impact, where food, art, and conscious tourism converge.

Broth from Forgotten Greens: At Everything Has to Go, we reimagine what food can be. What normally ends up in the trash—the stems, the foliage, the tender greens of vegetables—takes center stage here. We brew it into a light, aromatic broth: a drinkable tea that tastes of simplicity, purity, and respect for the planet.
This circular creation is a manifesto of sustainability during the Ghent Festivities: a soft, warm statement that demonstrates how food art, conscious tourism, and local makers can strengthen each other. Together with other food creators, we transform residual flows into value, and value into experience. Because nothing needs to be lost — everything has the potential to grow again, to taste good, to amaze.
